According to the Decree, the main targets for privatization in 2025 are set:
the sale of state assets and land plots in the amount of 30 trillion soums and ensuring the receipt of at least 10 trillion soums;
· putting up for auction shares in the authorized capital of 115 companies, 659 real estate objects owned by the state and enterprises with state participation, as well as 6.1 thousand hectares of land;
· putting up for auction at the initial stage of the right to use at least 30 deposits and mineral plots.
· A moratorium on the establishment of enterprises with state participation is also being introduced until January 1, 2030.
State-owned objects with an area of up to 10,000 square meters are directly transferred for free use to business entities producing high-tech products for a period of 5 years, and if the terms of the contract are fulfilled, they are sold to these business entities directly at an estimated cost.
Real estate objects that have not been sold for more than one year after the application of the mechanism of gradual reduction of the starting price and are not attractive to buyers are included in the authorized capital of other legal entities as a share.
The requirement for mandatory participation of local government authorities in the authorized capital of markets and shopping malls is abolished.
