The main
goal of the document is to create 172,000 hectares of industrial gardens in
2026-2028.
Since July
1, 2026, the renovation of unsuitable and the creation of industrial gardens on
5 or more hectares of land plots are carried out at the proposals of business
entities. Their proposals are submitted free of charge according to technical
specifications or feasibility studies developed by the Agency for the
Development of the Agro-Industry.
In case of
failure to achieve the intended goal of creating industrial gardens, liability
measures are not applied to business entities and the expenses incurred by them
are covered by the Agency.
The
document provides for financial support measures and benefits for the
renovation of unusable and the creation of industrial gardens.
The
