reduction of the amount of the penalty for damage caused to plants listed in the Red Book of Uzbekistan (per plant):

disappearing - 10 BCV;

rare - 4 BCV;

shrinking - 2.5 BCV.

The amount of penalties for damage to animals has also been increased 10 times. For example, now for the destruction of one leopard, a citizen of Uzbekistan will be charged an amount of 3,000 BRV, and from foreign citizens and legal entities - 400,000 US dollars.
