The suspects, accused of large-scale fraud and human trafficking, were tracked and detained in Georgia. Following successful negotiations between the Interpol bureaus in Tashkent and Tbilisi, an agreement was reached to hand over the fugitives to the Uzbek side.

At the request of the Prosecutor General's Office of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Justice of Georgia reviewed the investigation materials and approved the extradition. On December 27, the individuals were handed over to Uzbek law enforcement representatives at Tbilisi International Airport.

The suspects have been transported to Tashkent and given to the internal affairs officers at the Islam Karimov International Airport.
