The delegation of Uzbekistan headed by Firuz Safarov, Deputy Director General of the Hydro meteorological Service Center, is taking part in the plenary session of the Global Conference of the Green Climate Fund (GCF - Green Climate Fund) on program dialogue, held on September 13-15 in the South Korean city of Incheon.
