Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at a meeting with representatives of the local Armenian community in Washington that the defeat during the military operations in Nagorno-Karabakh in the fall of 2020 "made it possible to have an independent and sovereign country."
On August 30, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev had a telephone conversation with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan.
