The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, at the invitation of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, departed for the city of Saint Petersburg on October 7 to attend the informal meeting of the heads of state of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
