• the practice of setting a limit on the area of an apartment when paying subsidies on a mortgage loan to citizens with low incomes and in need of better housing conditions has been abolished;
• the subsidy for reimbursement of part of the initial payment is a fixed amount of 32 million soums, the subsidy for reimbursement of part of interest payments is paid in a part exceeding 10% during the first 5 years;
• the subsidy is paid even if the price of the purchased apartment exceeds the maximum amount of the mortgage loan. At the same time, if the price of the apartment exceeds the maximum amount of the mortgage loan, the remaining part of the cost is paid by the borrower at his own expense;
• citizens, when obtaining a mortgage loan, also have the right to attract as co-borrowers other persons who do not live together with them and are not close relatives, the legal channel of the Ministry of Justice reports.
