From now, this offense will result in a fine for officials and employees in the amount of 10 times the Base Calculating Amount (BCA).
It is also stipulated that the deliberate concealment of information regarding accidents related to the violation of traffic and transportation safety in rail transport and the metro will lead to a fine of 10 times the BCA for officials.
Furthermore, in automobile transport, carrying passengers without the proper certificate, increasing fare rates, failing to comply with the approved schedule for a regular route, or deviating from the approved route scheme will result in a fine of 3 times the BCA.
This Law will enter into force 3 months after the date of its official publication.
