The Resolution approved the Target Indicators of the project "Taking urgent measures to counter the coronavirus infection COVID-19 in the Republic of Uzbekistan."
According to them, in particular:
- 7 institutions of the National Reference Laboratory will be established that meet international standards;
- 17 thousand 554 employees of the central office, territorial administrations, district (city) departments of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Service will improve their qualifications;
- Reconstruction, overhaul and equipping of 475 institutions of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Service will be carried out;
- The volume of tests will increase in relation to the current indicator for detecting COVID-19 infection, 500 thousand tests will be conducted;
- To further strengthen the material and technical base of the ambulance service in the republic, by October 1, 2021, 1,000 units of special ambulance vehicles will be purchased.
