The results for this nomination are based on independent surveys conducted among graduate students of higher educational institutions.

In recent years, Uzbekneftegaz JSC has been carrying out a number of practical works, conducting qualification and production practice of students of higher educational institutions at manufacturing enterprises, providing them with the necessary conditions in the learning process.

In particular, an internship supervisor from among qualified and experienced employees is attached to students of higher educational institutions in order to familiarize themselves with technological installations, as well as processes not only in the management office, but also at oil and gas production and processing plants.

In addition, during the internship period, students are provided free of charge with temporary housing, three hot meals a day and transportation around the district.

At the same time, in order to support gifted students, special scholarships of the company were introduced for students studying at higher educational institutions in oil and gas and technological fields.

This year, 20 students have become holders of scholarships of industrial enterprises, after graduation they will be employed at enterprises in their specialty.

The victory of the students of the competition this year is considered to be the result of the implementation of the above-mentioned activities of Uzbekneftegaz JSC and practical activities for further development are planned in this direction.
