According to the resolution, draft regulatory legal acts will undergo scientific examination in the following order:

· according to draft laws - on an impartial basis by state expert scientific research institutions in the relevant field.;

· on draft by-laws, with state expert scientific research institutions of the relevant profile, state scientific research institutions and state higher educational institutions, as agreed.

At the same time, the conclusion based on the results of the scientific examination of the draft regulatory legal act is advisory in nature and is considered by the organization developing the project.
