To support this, a loan allocation procedure will be introduced to cover their round-trip travel and other associated expenses.
The relevant regulation was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers' Resolution No. 604 dated October 31, 2026.
According to the resolution, technicum students can travel to work and vacation in European Union countries, South Korea, Japan, Great Britain, the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
Additionally, information regarding the technicum's name, address, code, profession and specialization field, academic level, form of education, as well as the student's status and grades will be reflected in the "Vocational Education Process Management" — EMIS RT information system.
The Migration Agency will take measures annually by March 1 to sign cooperation agreements with foreign employers for working and traveling abroad within the framework of international "Work and Travel" programs.
The new procedure is aimed at expanding opportunities for technicum students to gain experience in the international labor market, work, and travel in foreign countries.
