The Order aims to reduce the cost of production and increase the operational efficiency of enterprises where the state share is 50% or higher in 2026.
Main directions:
- Quarterly re-analysis of expenses and "zero-based" budgeting;
- Implementation of lean manufacturing and standardization principles.
Furthermore, a republican commission will be established to coordinate the work on reducing the cost of production and increasing efficiency.
The tasks of the Commission include providing methodological assistance to enterprises on optimizing costs and reducing accounts receivable and payable by improving the payment system.
