The federal state of Hesse is located in the center of Germany. Its population is 6.39 million people. Hesse is one of the largest regions in terms of economic potential. During the trip, meetings were held with the heads of a number of financial institutions and large companies. In particular, at a meeting with DZ BANK, a bank serving a group of cooperative banks and the second largest German bank by assets, the parties discussed issues of corporate and investment financing of industrial projects, trade financing, as well as expanding cooperation in the B2B format.

At the meeting with the Franco-German independent banking group ODDO BHF, the possibilities of attracting investments in regional projects through direct investment and asset management, as well as financing export-oriented enterprises were considered.

An agreement was reached with AKA Bank, a consortium of banks specializing in export lending, to use long-term financing mechanisms based on guarantees from export credit agencies (ESA). During negotiations with Helaba (Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen), a large commercial bank in Frankfurt, the parties discussed the prospects for supporting infrastructure and production projects through syndicated loans and capital market instruments.

The delegation also met with representatives of AMK Global GmbH, Falk-Porsche-Technik GmbH, Kessler Zoologiegroßhandel GmbH & Co. KG, Weingut Koegler and representatives of the Azerbaijan-Uzbekistan Investment Company (AIC). Projects on waste recycling, production of industrial materials and equipment, in the food industry and winemaking, as well as the use of joint investment platforms were discussed. The readiness of AMK Global to work on a household waste recycling project in the Tashkent region was noted.

The expansion of opportunities for rapid access to foreign markets through the construction of a modern logistics center of category "A", the development of joint projects for the development of mining and ecotourism infrastructure, the creation of youth training programs based on the German model of dual vocational education, internships and employment were identified as promising areas of cooperation.

The delegation studied the activities of wine-growing, horticultural and livestock clusters in Hesse, reached agreements on cooperation in joint research and development, branding and certification.

The parties agreed to establish working groups and roadmaps in the sector to ensure the implementation of the agreements reached, identify financial and investment schemes, as well as establish a permanent dialogue with major banking partners.
