A number of Russian airlines, including «Аэрофлот», «Ютэйр», «ИрАэро», «НордСтар», «АЗУР Эйр», North Wind and Yakutia, have applied for the organization of air travel.

Aeroflot is in the lead with 11 applications for new flights, while «Ютэйр», «ИрАэро», Ural Airlines and «Смартавиа» plan to open 7 flights each. «НордСтар» submitted 4 applications, North Wind submitted 3 applications, and «АЗУР Эйр» and Yakutia each submitted 2 applications for flights.

Seven airlines have applied for direct flights between St. Petersburg and Tashkent, with plans to perform from 2 to 7 flights per week.

In addition, airlines, including «НордСтар», Russia, «Смартавиа», and Yakutia, submitted 7 and 2 applications, respectively, for flights from Krasnoyarsk to Tashkent.

It is also expected to increase the number of flights between Moscow and Urgench, as well as additional flights to Bukhara, with Russian airlines having submitted 39 applications for weekly flights to Urgench and 5 additional flights to Bukhara.
