According to the Decree, starting from the 2024/2025 academic year, students of higher educational institutions will receive a state grant in the form of a socially stimulating grant and an educational grant.
Starting from the 2024/2025 academic year, an educational grant will be allocated to students enrolled in bachelor's and master's degrees for one academic year.
At the same time:
The educational grant will be allocated to first-year students who have scored high on entrance exams in accordance with the quota of the state order allocated to higher educational organizations;
the educational grant in the second and subsequent courses will be redistributed by the university in a differentiated manner among students who have achieved high academic rating indicators and have shown social activity;
The educational grant will be funded in a differentiated manner, and the scholarship will be paid only to students who have won a full educational grant;
The state grant will be provided to students who are holders of a socially stimulating grant for the period of their studies in full;
for students who studied on the basis of an educational grant, the obligation to work for at least 3 years after graduation will be canceled.
