According to the Decree, the following main targets for the development of special economic and industrial zones in 2025 have been identified:

· In the special economic zones, investments in the amount of 2.3 billion US dollars are being developed, exports are increasing to 1 billion US dollars, production is equivalent to 4.3 billion US dollars and 12,000 new permanent jobs are being created.;

· In the industrial zones, investments in the amount of 800 million US dollars are being developed, exports are increasing to 512.2 million US dollars, production is equivalent to 1.8 billion US dollars and 17,000 new permanent jobs are being created.

Newly created specialized zones will be created only in the form of a special economic zone or an industrial zone.

Special economic zones can also be created in the form of a special export zone with a fenced area, specialized exclusively for export-oriented projects.

The time limits for the operation of special economic zones are lifted.
