The Ministry of Economy and Finance has submitted a draft resolution "On amendments to the resolution 'On approval of the regulation on targeted training of personnel based on state grants'" for public discussion. According to the draft, the requirement for graduates studying in higher education institutions on the basis of state grants to work for at least 3 years in educational institutions, enterprises, and organizations is being abolished.

If a graduate has studied in both undergraduate and graduate programs of higher education institutions based on state grants, the duration of their work obligation will be determined by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation, taking into account the specifics of the educational direction.

The discussion will continue until March 26.
