From October 21–23, 2025, ICAC Chief Scientist Dr. Keshav Kranthi conducted a three-day training program, including theoretical and practical sessions at the Cotton Research Institute in Tashkent. 50 scientists and government officials from the country participated.

Furthermore, on October 24, a one-day practical field training session was organized in Jizzakh for 98 farmers by Dr. Kranthi and Dr. Abdurakhmonov. Bizpando representatives Jasper Bhomwick and Mark Lee also participated in these training sessions.

Additionally, the Minister of Agriculture, Dr. Ibrokhim Abdurakhmonov, along with Ministry officials Javlon Raimov and Abrorbek Qosimov, visited the ICAC headquarters in Washington D.C., where Dr. Abdurakhmonov, Dr. Kranthi, and Bizpando CEO Jasper Bhomwick signed a Memorandum of Understanding regarding mutual cooperation.

Currently, the Ministry of Agriculture is carrying out work on the accreditation and certification of laboratories that will conduct carbon testing under the guidance of Dr. Kranthi. Technical assistance is being provided for testing standards and accreditation requirements in this regard.

The Ministry has provided Bizpando with a list of participating farmers to initiate the carbon payment process. Bizpando is scheduled to send Mark Lee to Uzbekistan from November 17–21, 2025, to conduct training programs for farmers and government officials on the documentation procedures for verifying carbon credits and processing payments.
