The National Central Bureau of Interpol of Uzbekistan, in cooperation with US law enforcement agencies, has located and extradited an Uzbek citizen who was on the international wanted list on charges of fraud on an especially large scale (part 4 of Article 168 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan).

Thanks to the active information support, coordination with the US Embassy in Uzbekistan, as well as operational interaction between the competent authorities of the two countries, it was decided to deport the defendant.

Accompanied by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers, he was taken to Islam Karimov International Airport and handed over to the Uzbek side
