    According to article 17 of the Law "On State Pension Provision for Citizens", it is established that disability pensions awarded due to a general illness are awarded if the following work experience is available at the time of disability.

    However, some people with disabilities in groups I and II do not have sufficient work experience to retire. In such cases, disability pensions will be awarded to persons with disabilities of groups I and II in proportion to their length of service in the following order.

    According to the press service of the Extra-budgetary Pension Fund, according to the legislation, it is stated that citizens with disabilities who do not have the necessary work experience will receive a pension in proportion to their work experience. That is:

    disability pensions for persons with disability group I from 100 percent of the minimum age pension;

    for disability pensions for persons with group II disabilities, it should not be less than 75% of the minimum age pension.
