Based on this information, a Chinese company's proposal to establish a modern automobile plant in the region was discussed.

During the talks, the growing influence of Chinese automakers on the global automotive market and their advanced technologies were noted. An agreement was reached to hold extended negotiations with the participation of specialists from both sides in order to study the technical and economic basis of the project in depth and discuss the possibilities of its implementation.
