The official launch of the project was given in the presence of Deputy Khokim of Balkh province for Economic Affairs Mavlaviy Nurul Khoda Abu Idris and the company's CEO Khayitboy Omonov. The company received the appropriate license after negotiations with the Afghan side.
The project is being implemented within the framework of a cooperation agreement previously signed between the Ministry of Mining and Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Mining and Petroleum of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. The parties confirmed their readiness to further develop cooperation in the geological and mining sectors.
This initiative will strengthen bilateral cooperation, as well as promote the development of the extractive industry and the exploration of natural resources in the region.
