The issues related to strengthening friendship, good neighborliness, and comprehensive strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan were discussed.
The steady growth of bilateral trade was noted with satisfaction. Industrial cooperation projects are being implemented, and joint work continues on major infrastructure initiatives, including the construction of the China – Kyrgyzstan – Uzbekistan railway and the Kambarata Hydropower Plant.
The presidents also exchanged views on current regional issues and discussed the schedule of upcoming bilateral and multilateral events.
