Journalist Aziza Kurbanova took advantage of the situation and managed to get an interview with him.
She asked Mr. Vucic the following question:
-You previously worked as a journalist. If you had come to Uzbekistan as a journalist, how would you have started your report?
-I would tell all my compatriots: Dear citizens, I made a very big mistake by not coming to this country earlier. If you have the chance, you must come and see this country.
Aleksandar Vucic highly appreciated the negotiations held with President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and said:
-After the meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission takes place in Uzbekistan, we will then have the opportunity to receive President Mirziyoyev in Belgrade as soon as possible. I hope this will give a strong impetus to the development of our cooperation in all areas.
