The Ministry urges the management of parks and recreation areas not to carry out actions that harm the environment. He also encourages bloggers and social media activists to promote ideas aimed at preserving nature and creating social videos in this direction. The Ministry is ready to provide assistance in this matter.
Article 62 of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan states: "Citizens are obliged to take care of the natural environment."
The Ministry of Ecology recalls that damage to the environment entails liability in accordance with articles 91, notes 1, 95, 161 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
