The memorandum was signed by the Minister of Innovative Development Ibrohim Abdurakhmonov and the executive director of the group of companies "MARTON GENETICS" Andrash Shandorfi.
The memorandum was drawn up in order to develop and strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation in areas related to the testing of new plant varieties used in agricultural production (wheat, triticale, barley, rapeseed, peas, corn and other crops).
The partners agreed to develop seed production of corn and other row crops in Uzbekistan and conduct scientific research through the widespread introduction of innovative technologies.
The document provides for cooperation in the field of biotechnology, exchange of experience, joint training of specialists, implementation of joint scientific and innovative projects, creation of a joint seed company in Uzbekistan.
