Uzbekistan's accession to the ECMT multilateral permit system will allow for bilateral and transit transport on the basis of multilateral permits exchanged with 43 ECMT member States for road freight transport.
At the end of the presentation, the International Transport Forum, the International Union of Road Carriers, as well as countries such as Turkey and Denmark, supported Uzbekistan's entry into the permit system.
At the moment, the issue of Uzbekistan's compliance with the requirements of the ECMT Quality Charter will be studied by experts of the International Transport Forum.
