The Ministry of Health reports that this information is completely untrue.

To date, 37.7 million residents of the country have already been connected to the DMED system, and their electronic medical records are fully formed. Re-registration of citizens in the system is not required.

In accordance with the current legislation, primary health care institutions provide medical care to the population in an amount guaranteed by the state, free of charge.

To receive free medical services included in the guaranteed package, it is necessary to undergo appropriate medical examinations in a timely manner and contact a family doctor or a medical team (with the exception of emergency and ambulance services).

The family doctor, acting in accordance with the standards of treatment and diagnosis, directs the patient to a specialist or, if necessary, to a hospital. The patient is examined by a specialist or is hospitalized based on an electronic referral.

The Ministry of Health reminds that reliable information about the work of the healthcare system can only be obtained through official sources of the Ministry.
