The youth included in "Yoshlar Daftari" will be provided with one-time financial support

    The government Resolution “On additional measures for social support of youth” was adopted (№ 132, March 11, 2021).

    According to the Resolution, the funds of the Yoshlar Daftari Foundation will be designated for the following:

    • prerequisite of one-time material assistance up to 4-fold the size of BEV to young people with a difficult financial situation, included in the "Yoshlar Daftari";
    • covering up to 75 percent of the expenses incurred by non-governmental educational organizations on entrepreneurship education and professional training for young people;
    • to carry out entrepreneurial activities and activities based on self-employment of young people included in Yoshlar Daftari, covering the cost of renting non-residential premises up to 25 times the size of BEV no more than once a year for up to 12 months;
    • to purchase equipment and working tools, young people for starting a business, and self-employment, subsidies will be designated up to 40 times the size of the BEV;
    • up to 50 percent of the amount of the paid contract will be paid to children of families included in the Temir Daftar (Iron Notebook), studying in the Higher Institutions of the country, in an amount not exceeding 50 times the size of the BEV;
    • the costs associated with the treatment in the country or a foreign state of seriously ill children of families included in the Temir Daftar will be reimbursed in an amount not exceeding 50 times the size of the BEV.

    To form, maintain and utilize the funds of the Fund, a Board of Trustees is formed consisting of heads of interested institutions and representatives of the public.

    The Chairman of the Board of Trustees quarterly reports to the district (city) Kengash of People's Deputies on the implementation of the Fund's income and expenses.

    District (city) departments of the Agency for Youth Affairs are the engaged body of the Fund.

    Unused funds of the Fund in the current year are transferred to the next year and withdrawn to the local budget of the district (city).
