The Call Center began its operation for the purpose of promptly receiving appeals from individuals and legal entities on issues within the competence of the Ministry of Defense, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Appeals of Physical and Legal Persons”.

By submitting an appeal to the Call Center, the following is possible:
Citizens receive answers to all questions related to conscription for military service and mobilization calls.
They can also obtain specific information regarding social protection, healthcare, and medical issues.
They will also receive responses to appeals concerning personnel matters and services provided in the defense sector.
The personal data of individuals appealing via the Call Center, the content of the appeal, and all details are kept confidential. All appeals are reviewed in accordance with legal procedures, and appropriate measures are taken based on reports of corruption or other misconduct.
The Call Center of the Ministry of Defense was established to provide convenient and prompt service to citizens and legal entities of the Republic of Uzbekistan regarding their rights and responsibilities. Through this, citizens can receive quick responses on all issues related to government bodies and the defense system.
