These exercises, conducted since 2019, are aimed at developing and strengthening military cooperation between the two countries. They take place alternately in the territories of Uzbekistan and India.
In particular, in 2024, as part of the Dustlik-2024 exercises, military specialists from Uzbekistan and India exchanged experiences at the Termez training ground.
The opening ceremony of the current exercises was attended by representatives of the military delegations of both countries. It was noted that the joint exercises contribute to strengthening bilateral relations in the military sphere, as well as improving the knowledge, skills and experience of military personnel.
According to the Department of Information and Mass Communications of the Ministry of Defense, these joint exercises will last until April 28.
