It is noted that in November - December 2025, the Committee sent preventive warnings to market participants in order to prevent cases of unjustified price increases for liquefied natural gas using temporary restrictions on methane gas.
Nevertheless, there are signs of manipulation and coordinated actions by some business entities aimed at unjustifiably raising prices contrary to the principles of a fair market.
According to these facts, the Committee has initiated a procedure for initiating a case on grounds of violation of the law in accordance with the established procedure.
In addition, "corrective" measures are being taken to stabilize prices on stock exchanges. In particular, relevant instructions were sent to market participants on putting products up for exchange trading in full and on an uninterrupted basis.
