Offender who illegally kept rare falcons has to pay more than 620 million sum

According to the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change, he will pay 620,884,000 sums for damage caused to wildlife.

As a result of the raid, it was discovered that one Sapsan and one Jigholtoy falcon, both wild birds from the Red Book, were illegally captured and kept in a cage.

The birds were taken from the offender and given to the Tashkent Zoo for temporary keeping.

According to the laws "On Hunting and Hunting Economy," "On the Protection and Use of the Animal World," and "On Nature Protection" were violated, as a result 620 million 884 thousand sum in damages to the animal world.

All the documents collected about this incident were sent to the General Prosecutor's Office for a legal assessment and appropriate action.
