During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for further development of cooperation between Uzbekistan and the European Union in investment, trade and other spheres. Special attention was paid to the issues of attracting European investments into the economy of Uzbekistan, expanding trade relations, as well as the implementation of joint projects in priority sectors.
Laziz Kudratov stressed Uzbekistan's commitment to further strengthen mutually beneficial partnership with the EU and create favorable conditions for European investors.
The IAC members highly appreciated the ongoing reforms in Uzbekistan and expressed their readiness to contribute to the further development of cooperation between Uzbekistan and the EU.
