During the meeting, issues of expanding bilateral trade and economic cooperation were discussed.
It was noted that our countries have every opportunity to develop mutually beneficial industrial cooperation projects in the fields of metalworking, electrical engineering, chemical products, medical equipment and other popular products.
The issue of accelerating the signing of an Intergovernmental agreement on the Promotion and Protection of Investments, as well as on trade, economic, scientific and technical cooperation was agreed. The document will create a solid foundation and favorable conditions for the implementation of industrial cooperation projects and a multiple increase in bilateral trade.
The parties reviewed the schedule of joint events, in particular the organization of visits of government delegations, business forums and exhibitions of national products.
Following the meeting, further steps were identified to promote and implement all the discussed projects and initiatives, the press service of the MIPT reports.
