According to the Regulation, the main goal of the Fund is to provide full support to women, including:

• providing financial assistance to women in difficult social situations;
• assistance in organizing family and private entrepreneurship, handicrafts;
• assistance and encouragement to acquire knowledge and skills in professions that are in great demand in the labor market.

Financial support for women from low-income families in difficult social situations, including those with disabilities, is one of the main areas for which the Fund's funds are spent, the Ministry of Justice reports.

For reference: According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 1, 2022, the State Trust Fund for Women's Support has been reorganized into the State Trust Fund for Family and Women Support.
