The Armenian Foreign Ministry has published the full text of the initialed agreement with Azerbaijan. The document is available on the official website of the department.
The first article of the document states that Yerevan and Baku recognize each other within the borders of the Union republics of the USSR. In addition, the absence of territorial claims against each other is proclaimed.
The agreement also declares the official refusal of Armenia and Azerbaijan from deploying the armed forces of third countries along the common border. Both sides also renounce the use of force and have declared a course towards building diplomatic relations.
