President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, at the invitation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques – King of Saudi Arabia Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, arrived in this country on a working visit.
The Deputy Governor of Makkah Region, Prince Badr bin Sultan Al Saud, and other officials met the Leader of Uzbekistan at the international airport in Jeddah.
In accordance with the program of the stay, several protocol events will take place today.
The main events of the summit – a Meeting of the Heads of State in the “Central Asia – Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf” format and bilateral talks will be held tomorrow, July 19.
