This organization has been involved in attracting foreign workers to seasonal agricultural jobs in the United States under the H-2A program, for 22 years. Currently, it has cooperation agreements with more than 1,400 farms and ranches across North America.
During the online dialogue, the procedures for involving Uzbekistani candidates for seasonal work in the USA for the first time were discussed.
The duration of work is 9–10 months, and the average monthly salary is 3,500 USD. Housing is covered by the employer. Preference will be given to skilled professionals.
At the end of the meeting, a mutual agreement was signed, and it was agreed to implement the next stages of cooperation as soon as possible.
