As you know, one of the important projects at the plant is the construction and development of industrial works on the repair of passenger cars and subway cars. It is appropriate to note here that the plant has a certificate of conformity of production to international standards.

Special attention should be paid to the second-class cars, as the most popular. So, the other day, the first updated second-class carriage was released from the production line, for familiarization with which the acting chairman of the Board of JSC "Uzbekistan Temir Yullari" H. Khasilov arrived at the plant. He personally inspected this car, made suggestions for improving conditions for passengers, noted what else should be paid attention to inside the car and gave appropriate instructions to the responsible persons.

As for what the novelty is, it can be noted here that the updated model of the reserved car is noticeably different from its predecessors. Each seat here is equipped with a special curtain that can be closed and turn its shelf into a capsule closed from other passengers.

In all compartments of the car, including the side ones, there are sockets designed for 220 V and USB ports. Soft backs appeared on the lower shelves. A step has been upgraded to climb to the upper shelves. Now the footrest no longer protrudes into the aisle, but is inscribed in a metal design that performs the function of supporting the upper shelf. The number of seats in the reserved car remained the same - 54 seats.
