More than 20 people were trapped under the rubble of a collapsed five-story building in New Delhi.

According to local authorities, emergency services specialists managed to rescue 12 people. Two people who were in the building at the time of the collapse were killed. Rescuers continue to work at the emergency site.
The agency notes that the building was only recently built, and finishing work was still underway.
