medicines and medical supplies sold in pharmacies are not subject to return and exchange for similar medicines and medical supplies.
This Provision also states that:
- The pharmacy manager must have a higher or secondary specialized higher pharmaceutical education.
- Only persons with a special pharmaceutical education are allowed to sell medicines.
- Pharmacies must comply with the rules of manufacture, release, sale and storage conditions of medicines and medical devices that ensure their quality.
- It is prohibited to sell medicines and medical products outside pharmacies.
