The law introduced amendments and additions to the Economic Procedure Code.

According to the amendments, the supervisory instance is abolished.

It has been established that investment disputes and competition cases are subject to consideration by economic courts.

By the request of a major investor in investment disputes, the parties to competition cases are considered by the Supreme Court.

The right of prosecutors to participate in all legal proceedings is revoked. Now the prosecutor can participate in the proceedings only in cases where it is provided by law, as well as in cases initiated on the basis of lawsuit.

The Business ombudsman has the right to appeal against a court decision.

In addition, a judge of the Supreme Court has the right to demand a case from the relevant court on a cassation appeal.

Despite the fact that the supervisory instance has been abolished, the case considered in cassation procedure can be reviewed again.
