The award was solemnly presented by the Hokim of Jizzakh region, Ulugbek Mustafayev, in the presence of the public at the "Ko‘k Saroy" trade complex, which the President recently visited.
According to the Decree, the entrepreneur was deemed worthy of the award for establishing the activities of a large modern trade and service complex, carrying out large-scale landscaping and improvement works and for his active participation in social life.
