The Higher
Tax School will function as the basic scientific and methodological center of
the republic for training, retraining and advanced training of specialists, as
well as conducting fundamental and applied research in the field of taxation.
The
educational institution will have academic, financial and organizational
independence in accordance with the legislation.
Starting
from the 2026/2027 academic year, admission to bachelor's degree programs with
a duration of at least 3 years is open.
Starting
from the 2027/2028 academic year, it is planned to launch master's and
postgraduate education programs.
Staff
training will be provided in areas such as taxes and taxation, digital tax
administration, tax law and financial control.
Graduates
of the Higher Tax School, along with a state-issued diploma, will be able to
receive a document confirming the completion of courses for obtaining
qualification certificates of a tax consultant and auditor.
In
addition, students who already have international certificates in accounting
and auditing (ACCA, DipIFR, CAP/CIPA, CIA, ACA), the costs of further education
to obtain the relevant certificates will be covered by the Higher Tax School.
Starting
from the 2026/2027 academic year, up to 50 state grants, as well as admission
quotas, are provided annually to support the new educational institution. At
the same time, the state order in the direction of "Taxes and
taxation" will mainly be sent to the Higher Tax School.
The
establishment of the Higher Tax School will be an important step in the
formation of a modern system of training highly qualified specialists for the
tax sector of the country.
