Specifically, under the National Plan, starting in 2026, a dedicated service package funded by State Health Insurance will be financed for children diagnosed with oncological diseases.

This package encompasses the following:

Pharmaceuticals: including chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy;

Modern Diagnostics, Surgery, and Inpatient Treatment;

Psychological, Social, and Palliative Care;

Telemedicine, Digital Services, and Innovative Technologies;

Rehabilitation and Post-Treatment Recovery Services.

Another critical aspect: within the framework of the National Plan, the operations of the Republican Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Pediatric Oncology, Hematology, and Immunology—along with its 14 regional branches—will be upgraded.

Through this, the initiative aims to enhance early localized diagnostics, ensure timely patient referrals, enforce quality control over treatments, and expand remote consultations among specialists.

Furthermore, in collaboration with WHO, UNICEF, international financial institutions, and other partners, plans are set to attract additional investments into the field, expand modern diagnostic capabilities, and upgrade the qualifications of medical personnel.

One of the main outcomes targeted for achievement by 2030 is the creation of a system providing 100% state coverage for the costs of diagnostics, treatment, essential medications, and rehabilitation in pediatric oncology.
