According to the Chinese Xinhua news agency, the relevant documents were signed at a conference on exchanges between twin cities in the field of cooperation and development, held within the framework of the 15th Kashgar Trade Fair of Central and South Asia, the Dunyo News Agency reports.
In particular, twinning relations were established between Kashgar district and Kizirik district of Surkhandarya region, between Kashgar city and Kattakurgan district of Samarkand region and Ferghana city in Ferghana region, between Shache County and Margilan city of Ferghana region, as well as between Zepu County and Kokand city of Ferghana region.
