The head of the Czech Republic noted that upon arrival in the country, Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov gave a warm and cordial welcome. This is reported by the news agency of the Chechen Republic "Grozny-inform".

"During the meeting, he noted the strategic nature of the partnership between our countries, achieved thanks to the political will of Vladimir Putin and Shavkat Mirziyoyev. Abdulla Nigmatovich also highlighted that friendly relations have long been established between our peoples, which must be preserved and developed," the head of the region wrote in his telegram channel.

He noted that Chechens perceive Uzbekistan especially warmly due to the fact that the First President of the Chechen Republic, Hero of Russia Akhmat-Hadji Kadyrov studied there.

"Since ancient times, our peoples have treated each other like brothers. It can't be any other way. I expressed confidence that the meeting of the Council of Regions of Russia and Uzbekistan under the leadership of Vladimir Putin and Shavkat Mirziyoyev will give a powerful impetus to the further development of partnership and friendship between the countries," the Head of the Czech Republic stressed.

He noted that he was sincerely glad that the leaders of the countries aimed at strengthening relations.

"I am sure that our joint work will bring regional cooperation between Russia and Uzbekistan to a new level and will contribute to achieving mutually beneficial cooperation," Ramzan Kadyrov summed up.
